Hi All
I am due to complete on a house soon and wanted to budget for the mortgage payment. At present we are likely to complete on 1st Feb. Does this mean I pay 2 full months on 1st March or do I start paying in 1st Feb.
Anyone who has had any dealings with Aldermore please let me know as I know some lenders give a grace of a month.
Thanks in advance

I believe each lender have different policies.
I completed a house purchase on the 10th December and my first payment was the 2nd January. My first payment was pro rata of my monthly payments so I paid just under half of my usual monthly payments.
But my advice is to give Aldermore a ring. They will be able to confirm what your 1st payment will be.0
