How to calculate holiday entitlement owed?

Hi,
How do I calculate holiday entitlement owed please? Left job and want to make sure what they've paid is correct. They do get a lot of things wrong.
My yearly entitlement was 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, so 31 total. I worked on a farm so basic hours were 39 hours. Which is Monday to Friday anything else is overtime.
The holidays run from 1st April to 31st March.
Last day of work was 31st December.
So how do I calculate eg if no holidays taken.

Also eg if it's 18 days holiday how do I calculate the monetary value?
On the final wage packet it just says a total amount. Not how many days or anything.
Thank you in advance.
Things will get better day by day.

You have 23 bookable days of holiday. The bank holidays aren't relevant really, they occur when they occur.

You accrue 23/12 months a year, worked for nine months so that's 17.25 days of holiday. Most employers will round up to 17.5, they don't have to but they cannot round down. They may also use a daily or weekly rate calculation (23 / 55 or 23/260) but the amount will end up about the same.

To turn it into monetary value take your annual salary, divide by 260 (working days in a year) and times by 17.5.

You may also have accrued holiday on your overtime hours, but this gets very complicated.

You can always ask them for a breakdown you know!
