I declard myself bankrupt in Dec 2017. I should be discharged now but how and where can I find out? The London Gazette doesn't show any update.
Thanks

Hi go on the Insolvency Service site and search your name then click on your name and status will show discharged, we usually say print a couple of copies off as this is only there for 3 months.

Hopefully this information is still correct its been a couple of years since I checked.
  • Thank you very much, that worked!
  • London Gazette wont ever show bankruptcy discharges..UNLESS you pay for the insertion (according to official receivers offices)

When I got my Discharge Certificate from the OR last October it did mention they could advertise it in the London Gazette if I wanted to.

It didn't mention any Fee only that it needed to be actioned before 28 Days had expired.
