Barclays FTB mortgage and 3 year old CCJ

Hello, looking for some advice...
My partner and I were in a DMP until last week. We started it in May 2012 and as such it no longer shows on either credit file.
There was 13500 left to pay on the DMP, I rang around and did some negotiating and managed to get lots of full and final settlements meaning I could clear the DMP for £4800. I didn’t want to use the money in our HTB ISAs so I took out a loan with Barclays (over 2 years) to cover it. This is our only debt, no credit cards, no finance, no car, no overdrafts.
Part of the settlement was a CCJ dated Feb 2016 in my partners name. This is the only adverse across both credit files.
I’m unsure how to interpret the Barclays criteria which states that CCJ totalling over £200 and within 3 years must be declined. Is it referring to the date it was registered or settled? Obviously the CCJ has been paid and is 3 years old next month and is the only obvious hurdle I can see to our application.
Any help appreciated.

An old CCJ which has been cleared is only a small part of the big picture !
Your deposits/ HTB/LISA and LTV, Income, job security, type of job and industry, type of property and age/condition/Valuation and many other factors might come into consideration.0 -
