Interview at Bibby Financial Services

Hello all,

So I have an interview coming up at Bibby Financial Services and wanted to know what the company is like to work for. I have researched online but also wanted to see if there is anyone who is or has worked for the company.

The job role is for a collections team leader - does anyone currently work in the same capacity at company who can give a bit of insight into the role? Or does anyone work in a similar role elsewhere perhaps who can share their experience?

Sounds like a position in credit control/accounts receivable/debt collection. What is your work background?
