Has anyone applied for Giraffe Money's mortgage?

I had a look at mortgage deals and Giraffe Money seems to offer the best fixed- rate mortgage (5.68% for three years, no higher lending charge, no arrangement fee, evaluation fee paid by the company).

But there is no review on the internet. Has anyone here had any experience with Giraffe Money?

Is it just me that is confused why a link to the nationwide, to a generic page, is appropriate/helpful?

I cant see any 3 yr fixed rate that is lower than the original one especially with the only requirement of a 5% deposit.

Giraffe are part of bristol and west and bank of ireland.

the giraffe deal does seem quite good, not sure what their income multiples, lending criteria or service levels are like.
