Hi all,
I'm buying a buy-to-let property and I know exactly which mortgage product I want; the 2-year BTL mortgage from Leeds Building Society.
Should I go direct or via London & Country? Is the acceptance rate any different? What do you recommend?

Why do you think that acceptance rate would be any different? The application made will be the same.0

I was wondering if lenders might take Broker applications ‘more seriously’ because the brokers will have filtered out many applicants that might not be accepted.
Apologies if it’s a silly questions - I’m not really a mortgage expert...0
