Mortgage in my situation...advice please

Hello and happy saturday evening:beer:
In about 3 years time I am going to be a keyworker, meaning I should be able to get onto the key worker housing scheme. I would hope to do this on the open market because where we live there aren't many or any of these affordable houses going up.
Within 3 years time the debts listed below should be gone:T
My loan with MBNA is on an arrangement because I could not afford the repayments when my situation changed. However, next september when I return to work after maternity leave I will take it off this arrangement. This situation with MBNA is not a IVA or anything like that, it's an informal arrangement with them.
I manage to pay all my other credit card each month.
Apart from the MBNA thing, my credit rating should be ok, and because I will go back to the contract with them next september I hope it will not be too badly affected
Anyway, what I want to know is, would a high street lender give me a mortgage with the situation above? My debt should be zero or under 1000 at the time of applying. I just worry that the MBNA situation will have totally messed up. I will be earning around 24,000
Thanks

Do you want the mortgage now, or in three years?Gone ... or have I?0

have you checked your credit reports? its may well depend upon how MBNA has reported your 'arrangement'.
Also I would get too excited about being a key worker.. most of the schemes are rubbish and in three years time they may not even still exist.0
