How hard is it to get a new job after you been sacked? How do you explain the reason for getting sacked?

That depends on why you were sacked, I'm afraid. It's a very different scenario if someone is sacked for stealing from the company, for example, to someone whose attendance was unsatisfactory because of a now resolved health problem. Obviously these are just illustrations.
If you are asking about the heavy end (dismissal for GM, possibly with dishonesty involved) total honesty to your potential employer is the best way forward. You may be able to get some volunteer work in the mean time which will provide a good reference, and demonstrate that you have learnt from an unfortunate period in your employment history.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
