Does anyone know how long after the valuation of the property we are likely to recieve an offer?

I received my valuation documents in the post a few days after it was carried out, then the Mortgage documents arrived the next day. This was with Halifax.
Your broker may have this information before it is posted to you, mine did.0 -
We got a text saying they were happy.to offer our mortgage about 2 days after the valuation. Our broker emailed a copy of the offer that same day and it arrived in the post about a week later. With Nationwide.0
