Looking for a mortgage exit fee table

I recall a couple of years ago seeing a table that showed the different mortgage exit fees companies charged, with some broad organisations charging differently depending upon which of their groups is handling the mortgage. There was advice on how you could contact the provider to ask for the difference to be refunded if a cheaper exit fee had been charged to other customers in the organisation. I can't find it now and I was hoping someone else knew where it was.
