Mortgage broker suggestions

Hi,
Im in need of a mortgage broker however, my partner hasn’t graduated yet but she does have an offer letter and is due to start in June (no conditions attached). I’m currently a trainee so I’m not on a mega salary. Does anyone know of any mortgage brokers that specialise/will be able to assist with getting a mortgage based on an offer letter? Our mortgage would only be 2.8x our combined salary so I’m thinking we have a chance?
Thanks

Hi
I asked this exact question for one of my clients today and most lenders require the new job to be within 3 months so I think june is too far out.
