Overpayments

Hi all,
We currently have 2 mortgages with our bank (1 from the old house), and therfore have 2 current rates but both have the same number of years remaining.. We are now in a position to make small overpayments.
Would it be better to make the overpayment off the larger sum (Approx £150k) or the smaller sum (approx £55k)? Both are virtually the same rate%
Thanks in adnvance

The one which is actually the slightly higher rate.
The size of the balance makes no difference.0
