  • I can't agree more with all those that say to leave B&E.
    According to their website, they were originally a DCA. They obviously found "helping" people onto DMPs more profitable!
    You should have no problem ditching them having been with them for 2 years. I left after 1 year & there was no problem apart from their usual inefficient working practises.
    The ones to contact are CCCS, CAB, Payplan etc unless you feel confident enough to contact your creditors directly.
    Conor, they seem to have seriously ripped you off as their normal T&Cs state that they'll charge a fee of 17.5% of your monthly payment. Try & see if you can claim some of these fees back.
