Right to first refusal to buy out ex partner?

Hi all,
Need some help and advice, I’ll provide brief backstory;
Have a house with my now ex partner.
Trying to sell, been on the market for a while.
We have an early get out redemption fee on mortgage of 8k.
We have now had an offer on the property, for what it’s on the market for, but this has been reduced since first listing a few months back. So is less than i ideally wanted.
I have a DIP to buy the house in my own name.
I think her preference is to sell it to person who’s offered. However I can match that , and be a quicker process than Thah.
Are we at a stalemate if I don’t want to tell to new buyer and I want to take it over, and she wants to sell it to new buyer. Do I get right to first refusal as I already own 50%?
Thanks,

You'll both need to agree on the course of action you take.0

unless you sign, she cant complete anywayDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
