Platform: 10 weeks, no mortgage offer

Hi All,
We are going into our 10th week with a mortgage application from Platform.
We have had an issue with drains which was flagged on the valuation which required a report which was conducted within 5 days and returned to them. We have then had Christmas.
Our enquiries have been returned and our searches have been completed.
Has anyone dealt with Platform? is it usual that we be this far in and no offer?
