    Pleased to see a good few posts recommending seeking proper medical advice. Other places this is often neglected.

    As said previously migraine's are fairly unique - still much research required into them by the experts.

    You can look at hydration and nutrition all you like (as you should), but nutrition is a massive field and any nutritionist will tell you that they seem to be finding more questions than answers as research goes deeper into it.
    You also have to consider many other things when exercising (endorphins/dopamine/insulin response/levels/metabolic rate/temperatures) to name but a few.

    The clearest sign here seems to suggest distance/time length reduction - as migraines aren't doing anything good for you (other than potentially by making you stop)
