Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is for the chance to win a holiday for two to Mexico with a 7 nights all-inclusive stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Mexico (‘HRH’) and economy return flights courtesy of Thomas Cook (‘TC’) to be organised by Caribbean Warehouse (‘CW’), from London Gatwick or Manchester Airport with return transfers and a New Look gift card to the value of £250, (the ‘Prize’).
2. There will only be one winner, (the ‘Winner’), who will be permitted to share the Prize with a guest, (the ‘Guest’).
3. The Prize Draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of New Look Retailers Limited (the ‘Promoter’), HRH, TC, CW their immediate families, agents or other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter. In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the form at newlook.com/mexico . The form may also be accessed by:
   1. following the link provided on an email from the Promoter;
   2. completing the form within an advert served to you on Facebook from the Promoter; or
   3. following the link provided through the Promoter’s social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).
5. The Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and will not be included in the Prize Draw.
6. Entrants must enter the Prize Draw themselves and not on behalf of anyone else. Joint submissions are not permitted.
7. The Prize Draw opens on Sunday 13 January 2019 at 00:00 GMT and all entries must be received by Thursday 31 January 2019 at 23.59 GMT, (the ‘Closing Date’).
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, to not to comply with these terms and conditions. If any element of an entry breaches these terms and conditions, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry from inclusion in the Prize Draw.
10. All correct and complete entries will be entered into the Prize Draw which will take place on Friday 1 February 2019. The first entry drawn at random will be the Winner and the Winner will be notified via email the same day. Please also check your junk mail folder. The Winner must respond to the email within 48 hours confirming their availability.
11. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner, however if the Prize is not claimed, within the period referred to above from e-mail notification, an alternative winner will be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion in accordance with the process set out above.
12. If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including, for example, by reason of infection by computer virus, technical failures or tampering) any aspect of the Prize Draw is compromised so that it is prevented from running or the fairness or integrity of the Prize Draw would likely be compromised, the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or invalidate any affected submissions.
13. The Prize is valid from 6 May - 20 December 2019 and excludes peak times such as Bank and School holiday periods. All stays are subject to availability. The Winner and the Guest must have valid passports with expiry dates no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel.
14. The Winner and the Guest are solely responsible for ensuring all insurance and visa requirements are met.
15. The hotel stay will be arranged through HRH , and travel will be arranged by CW, whom the Promoter will put the Winner in touch with.
16. The Prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any costs or expenses not specifically referred to above but which may be incurred by the Winner and the Guest in the acceptance and enjoyment of the Prize.
19. Any personal data relating to entrants of the Prize Draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and will not be disclosed to a third party, save for HRH and CW as is necessary to ensure the Winner can be contacted, for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent, except for the Winner’s name and county in accordance with a request under term 22 below. By entering this Prize Draw the Winner gives consent for their name, contact number, address and email address to be passed to HRH and CW for the fulfilment of the Prize. Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and New Look’s privacy policy. For full details of our privacy policy please visit newlook.com.
20. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value should the need arise.
21. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be final.
22. To obtain details of the Winners please email uk.Events@NewLook.com, stating the name of the Prize Draw in the subject heading, up to 4 weeks after the Closing Date.
23. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
24. By entering the Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. In addition to these terms, HRH’s, CW’s and TC’s booking terms and conditions will apply.
