Sunny defaulted account

Hi,
In 2015 I took 2 loans with Sunny. Unfortunately in 2016 due to unexpected change of circumstances both accounts defaulted. Since then I have been able to start repayment plan and then accepted sunnys offer of settlement. After couple of months one of the loans disappeared from my credit report (with noodle) however the other loan is still stated on my credit report as defaulted with no update whatsoever regarding the settlement. I have contacted sunny regarding that and that is the response I got:
Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Thank you for your email,
Despite the fact that your loans are all at zero balances defaults were still issued on the 26th April 2018 due to being overdue with no plan in place for an extended period of time.
You will still be liable for this for a further 6 years from the issue date, regardless of the balance being zero.
Kind regards,
Sunny

Hi,
It should show as settled, with a zero balance.
But the default will stay for a full 6 years, settlement of a debt does not remove the default.

I had 2 loans with sunny both paid off at the same time - but now only one still shows as defaulted and with balance due - so is that possible that I should be able to get some kind of record of settlement on that one as well?
Is there any way to insert a screen shot -it appears that as a new member I am not allowed0 -
Anything that should show on your credit file but doesn’t, or shouldn’t show but does, you must complain to the creditor.
