Skrill, Neteller or AirTM?

Hi there.
Looking for some advice - I'm wanting to withdraw funds from neobux, but not familiar with any of the 3 payment options (Skrill, Neteller, AirTM), hence why I thought to ask here.
Does anyone have any experience of any of them? If so, is there one you'd recommend or even advise to avoid?
And if anyone has experience of them can you tell me roughly how they work? I'm only familiar with PayPal or Circle.
Presume I'd get neobux to pay to there and then get whichever payment platform I choose to either pay to my VISA card, or bank account (not sure if there'd be any other options).
Are there fees for receiving payment (from neobux) or for withdrawing money to either my VISA card or bank account (or any other option)?
Do any of them have joining fees or any other charges, such as an annual fee?
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer...
