Bluestone Mortgage Pre-completion

Bluestone Mortgages have accepted everything sent through to them and said funds would be released on Friday but asked our solicitor to ask me and my husband to give them a call. Does anyone know what they ask when they carry out a pre-completion call?

I completed with Bluestone last February - the pre-completion call was just a courtesy call confirming the amount of my repayments, the first date that my repayment would be taken and confirming that I understood everything.

Just in the process of going through the application with bluestone. It was being going on now for 6 week and they have not even instructed the valuation. How long did it take you to get to the valuation instructed! Every time we ring the broker (which is 4 times a day on a daily bases) all we get is I’m so sorry il get on to my contact. Thank u in advance, just curious to how long it has taken over people
