Hi all, my wife decided to have a look for a new mortgage deal as we are out of fixed term deal, we have been dealing with l&c brokers and they are recommending a mortgage company called Accord, i have never heard of them and wondered if anyone had any dealings with them or if I should speak to current mortgage supplier(nationwide) about a new deal
Many thanks for any advice

Accord are the broker part of Yorkshire Building Society.
If you are trying to borrow more, change your term then checking a broker is a good idea.
If not, then start with your current lender and see if what they have is competitive. Nationwide are pretty good for existing customer rates.0 -
We had a 2 year fix with them a few years ago. Broker access of Yorkshire as Edi81 says. Major lender and we found them efficient enough. Our broker said they can occasionally be funny at people at limits of affordability, but no idea if this was broker chat! Would happily use them again0
