motion sensor camera

I'm looking for an inexpensive motion sensor camera that will record what it sees and works on WiFi via my smartphone; and will record when it sees something rather than a camera that will only run for a short while. However, I need one where the camera does not have to stay connected to the computer as, even with an extension, where I want to use it is too far away from the computer. I did look at a Clever Dog option but that has to stay connected to the computer to keep working. So I wonder if anyone has any suggestions please?
