Halifax HTB Process

Next week i will apply for a mortgage for a new build using the HTB route with Halifax through a broker.
Can anyone give me an informed opinion on what sort of time scales im looking at for a offer/decision to be made?
As you can imagine the stress levels are through thr roof and i havent even began my application yet:mad:

Currently in the same boat, reserved the house on Saturday... sending over our reservation form to the broker today so can imagine they’ll fill out the HTB form today or tomorrow, I seen that it takes around 4 days to be processed and then we can apply for the mortgage

Halifax are normally very quick. Ive had a call from the broker today and we will begin the application on wednesday!
Fingers crossed all goes to plan and we are sucessful in gaining the mortgage!
Oh and i can sleep again ��0
