How long will lentil soup and ham hough last?

I made a big pot of lentil soup with a ham joint on Moday night so warm us up after the bonfire!!

Had it for lunch and tea on Tuesday night , then with work etc forgot all about it till cleaning out the fridge this morning:eek:

Will it still be okay to eat or should I not take the chance - kids won't touch it only hubby and me:mad:

does it look and smell ok usually if its off it begins to ferment, give it a good boil anyway if you think its okay
