I doubt there's an adult in the word who hasn't lent something to a 'friend' (or relative) and not got it back. It's a horrible feeling when it happens. You won't get it back so don't waste your energy stressing over it.
And be thankful this lesson only cost you a fiver, read the forum and you'll soon see lots of poor sods who have paid thousands for the same lesson.Debt Free: 01/01/2020
