Mortgage query

Hi
Does anyone know of any mortgage providers who offer mortgages for first time buyers based off future employment contracts? To add a bit of context, I’ve been graduated for about 7 months in a full time role but my partner is not due to graduate until June. When she graduates she will be working full time where she currently works but in a managerial position - signed contract with dates of starting and pay etc. Will they be able to take her future income into account in the mortgage application/does anyone know which providers will do this?
Thanks :j

It's certainly possible but I can only think of a couple of lenders that could accept this. The closer you get to June the more lenders will do it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Which lenders are you thinking of so I can do a bit of digging? Cheers :beer:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I am not allowed to mention lenders as that could be deemed advice. A good mortgage broker will be able to help you or if you want to do it solo you'll need to ring round lenders. You can look on their websites but you often won't find their full criteria there.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
