In cases like this, it's normally because you've paid a broker's fee for someone to find you a PDL.

You can normally get a refund by jumping through a large number of hoops. Check your internet history to find the site and read the t&C's.

    That web address goes to

    https://track-myfinance.co.uk

It helps you to manage your budget, it costs £29.50.

Did you happen to sign up thinking it was free ?

You dont need to pay for something you can do for free or using cheaper alternatives, ynab is 1 and Im sure its cheaper than £29.50.

Yes a very expensive way for your budget to be sorted, it's why I suggested ynab, ok it still costs but it's 7 dollars a month.

I think that you will find that the Company have charged you that amount to seek out a loan for you.
Have seen this a number of times when working in a Bank.....
You could try disputing it however think that it woukd have been hidden somewhere in the Terms and Conditions.

Did you happen to check the link out ?

Where did you see the mention of loans on the website.

To me it looks like they help with budgeting and an expensive way of doing it.
