Pension Increase

Hi there
Quick query please.
My husband has been receving two small pensions from Scottish Widows for the past 10 years or so (he was retired on ill health grounds). One is around £17 per month and the other is around £31 per month.
I have just had to fill a form in for DWP where it asks about any pensions. After looking at our bank statements going back a few years, I can see that originally the amounts were increased slightly each year, but for the last 5 years or so, there has not been any increase at all (not even by a few pennies) on either of them. Is this right?

Look at the policy documents - it may be that one of the terms was that the payout would increase for a certain number of years from commencement of taking benefits.0

I believe some pension have a annual increase until the member gets to their state pension age.0
