Hi, he hasn’t gone yet & I’m not sure what he is saying ... it just makes covering the role a little awkward/harder.0

Ask him to make introductions? Take you along to meetings to ease the transition of him going?
Seems really odd though to be covering someone's job for three months before they go on sabbatical! when we offer short-term contracts for maternity leave you're lucky to get a week overlap ... at either end!Signature removed for peace of mind0
