Query on inherited pension pot and LTA

Just want to double check something:
- An individual dies and leaves a DC pension pot of say £200k;
- They have one child who inherits it;
- The child has their own DC pension pot aswell;
Am I correct that the £200k inherited pension pot will not count towards the child's annual allowance and lifetime allowance? (But is potentially tested against the parent's LTA on death if before 75?).
