Quidco and empirestores

hi there all

has any 1 had any problems with quidco and declined n/a i have order loads off empirestores and i was over the moon when they started to offer 7% cash back and now i am gutted that either it's quidco or it's empirestores that is turning into littlewoods

i have about £30 in quidco through empirestores that have been declined

there is no point raising a ticket to quidco about this as we all know they will do nothing there good at that. i don't understand why quidco have turned out like this you would think they would look after there coutomers as there is loads of other cahback sites out there. i was usein anothere cash back site before empirestores went with quidco and was getting 3% and every 1 i got paid out for none declined

I've had one (£1.05) one paid, two others (total over £5.50) declined, and have half a dozen validated and waiting to pay out this month (christmas shopping with careful use of codes, lol).

Wasn't overly impressed that they declined two - especially as all the Quidco terms had been met, but at the same time I wonder if it's something to do with their new codes crackdown, as the declined orders were using codes I got from here, where the paid order was 'codeless'.

On similar lines, I can't get the £15 codes to work for me anymore - get a message saying first time cutomers only, whereas they've always gone through fine for me in the past.

i think your right it will be the code thing again all mine wer the 3 for 2 and otheres used with the code i order nothing from the catalogue with out a code lol

fingers crossed that i will get paid out for the really big order

what do you do get a nice 25% off or go through quidco and get a bit 7% lol

i posted this on friday hope it helps. Usally you can use codes a max of 3 times but i have only been able to use them only the 1 time mybe some sort of crack down but the codes are everywhere no shortage
