Barclays consent to mortgage

I have got a mortgage offer from Barclays and have just been sent the contract pack from my solicitor.
The mortgage is in my name only and my partner will be an occupier.
I understand that she will need to fill out an occupiers consent form but this hasnt been sent by my solicitor yet, just a paragraph stating that I have to disclose her name.
Will I receive this form later on down the line?

If there is a form I am sure it will follow. Normally a letter confirming what ever the lender wants may be required. Have you asked your solicitor?0

I just thought it a bit strange as I declared my other half with the solicitors a few months ago when I received the offer, justcwondered why they need confirmation of it again0
