Delay repay problem

I made a delay/repay claim to Southern Railways as our connecting train from London back to the south coast was cancelled and we had to wait an hour for the next one. Stupidly, I mis-entered the time of the cancelled train as 13:47 when it should have been 13:37. My claim was denied because Southern couldn't find the journey. I re-submitted the claim when I realised my mistake, attached a copy of the timetable page and told them I'd enterd the wrong time.
I've now had the claim declined because I've already claimed!
Has anyone got any ideas for my next step? I know I can resubmit again, but they'll probably just tell me I've claimed already. I've had problems with a legitimate - and accurate - claim in the past where the train company kept asking for my season ticket (I don't have one) and I eventually just gave up in despair.
