Help to buy remortgage and adding fiance

Hi,
My fiance bought our house 4 and a half years ago using the new build help to buy scheme (20% equity loan). I moved in a year or so later.
We will need to either remortgage or start paying the help to buy interest payments in around six months. We are getting married in August so trying to be organised!
We are trying to work out what is affordable (we are hoping to remortgage in both of our names and buy out the equity loan) but are unsure of fees etc. involved in remortgaging a help to buy and adding another person to the deed.
I understand we will need to pay for a valuation in order to work out the value of the 20% equity loan (around £200?), but would be grateful if anyone can offer any advice on what other fees might be involved and a ball park figure of costs?
I know we probably need to speak to a mortgage broker closer to the time, but OH had such a bad experience the first time around would like to have a modicum of knowledge about everything before starting that conversation.
Thanks in advance,
A
