    You look like you're doing pretty well; no unsecured, overpaying your mortgage etc.... what are your aims? Are you looking to overpay more or just save in general?
    From your SOA, the only obvious cutbacks I can see are the gym and eating out. Your child related expenses seem high, mine are lower for 5 children, although I work part time....
    Health wise, I wouldn't aim to eat only twice a day... have you tried myfitnesspal? Really handy app, allows you to work out how many calories you need for your goals and track calories in vs calories out. I lost 4 stone after my last pregnancy with it
