A Disappointing win

So I won a comp with the refinery from the time out. I was meant to have a winterland experience in a Tippee, when we arrived they had closed it early so we were put into restaurant, food was poor and they tried to charge us for last lot of drinks even though we hadn't spent our £400 that was also in with our win, I had to speak to manager to get this taken off. Feel so disappointed which was meant to be a nice pre xmas experience with my Daughters and Daughter in law:mad:

Yes I have contacted them but no response. The head office of the Refinery have been contacted and they are looking into it.So dissapointed.

Ahh, that's such a shame, I bet your daughter's were really disappointed.

So the head office got back to me regarding this, they do not know why the tipi was closed as it was meant to be open until christmas eve, they have offered us a return visit with 2 rounds of drinks, which is nice but its in a part of london where there are office buildings so not the sort of place you would visit so pointless really.
