Hi I need some help in deciding which company to go for. First of all I have received a few qoutes and I will try to list them but can’t secide which to go for, do I just go for the cheapest
1, moxia - £6100. That’s for 13 panels with tigo plus inverts these are 300watt panels
2, the solar company 13 panels only with Solax inverter but haven’t mentioned scaffolding 295 watt for £4850
3 Zanussi 13 panels 330watts fully installed with 25 year warranty for £8529
I am still waiting for eon to qoute but based on the above what advice can anyone give
Is it worth to get the cheapest, ideallly I am thinking getting the cheapest one unless someone can tell me why it would be better to get any other
Thanks

The experts will be along soon but that third one sounds wincingly expensive. I don't see why no.2 would need to mention scaffolding unless to sort out access issues, so it shouldn't be an add on.0

I agree that the third one looks way too high and the first one quite painful. Middle one looks to be about what you should hope for.
My main reason for replying is that i thought E.On are doing a battery option as part of a trial or something aren't they? Not sure if it makes sense as battery systems are generally still way too expensive but worth researching if you haven't already been down that route...

Hello helperinneed and I'm sorry you're still waiting for a quote from us.
Your enquiry will sit with our Solar and Storage team. Please have a chat to this team to see where we're at. Contact details are on our website. There's also quite a bit of information on our website about the scheme and what you can expect.
Have we been to see you yet? As part of the scheme, we'll arrange to visit the property to look at a tailor-made solution and send you a quote based on this.
If this hasn't happened yet, there's a tool on our website - the Solar Calculator - you can use to give you an idea of what to expect.
On the battery option pinnks mentions, this is something we're doing. We offer a range of batteries and storage sizes starting from 2.4 kWh. This will let you keep more of the solar energy you generate to use when you need it. It'll mean less is exported to the Grid and less imported. Again, there's more information on our website.
Hope this is of interest helperinneed. Let me know if you need any more details as happy to help.

You're right pinnks. As above, we're currently offering a solar battery storage system that lets customers keep more of the energy they generate. Although this means less is exported to the Grid, less will need to be imported and this should help keep bills down. There's more information on our website under Solar Energy.
