Thanks everyone for trying to help with this matter. My MP is now involved and has passed the case on to the Parliamentary Group responsible for investigating this kind of thing. I'll see how it goes.

Contacting your MP would have been my advice. Can you let us know how your getting on?
Also - if you have proof of the agreement made with your Ex I expect that would help. I believe you may still be able to contact the CSA (while they are no longer handling live cases I believe they still operate to handle queries form handovers etc).0
