Halifax AIP vs Past Credit Issues

Hi all
I am FTB with an AIP from Halifax of £175k with a 5% deposit. I qualify for the staff mortgage rate which is far better than anything available through a broker. I’ve read that an AIP only checks 3 years credit (soft search)
My credit file is mainly clean however I do have one account settled in sept 2016 with a DM marker (debt management) between December 12 and July 16 and 8 Wonga loans taken out between March 15 and April 16. All wonga loan were repaid in full so no issue other than the fact I have previously used a payday lender. I have no defaults and all other credit account have no payment issues. What are the chance that the mortgage will decline when moving to the full stage? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
