Can anyone suggest any lazy homecooked type/just slam in the oven meals/ meats from the four supermarkets that deliver. I’ve found the Lasagne and roast pork but looking for inspiration from you frequent shoppers 🙂
Yep, after the holidays I am feeling lazy. But with two teenage boys and husband to feed homecooked type meals all eating at different times it's hard as I don't like cooking.

You are confusing the roles of wife and mother with that of a saint. Sod the oven, I'd be pointing them to the fridge.

What about Waitrose Slow Cooked rolled beef brisket, it's in a pink box and found in the cabinets of fresh meat. It costs £5 and says serves 2 but will easily stretch to 3, particularly if you add Yorkshire puddings. It isn't fatty, and it produces a stock which you can add gravy granules to. I've recommended it to a few people and they've all said how much they enjoyed it.

Invest in a slow cooker and you can do chilli, stew, curries etc. Put the stuff in the pot in the morning and then it will be good for the evening and people can just help themselves when they come in.

Night before do a bowl of tuna mayo and stick in the fridge. Get some large jacket potatoes, can be zapped in the microwave in 10-15 mins, which anyone can do, add the tuna filling bit of ready salad maybe and sorted. Also good for beans/cheese toppings and a whole host of other things.
