I also wear full briefs when on a period.
Another tip is when applying a pad make sure you're only dealing with underwear- take off anything else on bottom half so you can focus on undies and have maximum space to work with to fit the pad correctly.0 -
Thanks everyone. I guess I'll just have to stick with the one in the front, one in the back and praying they stick method. I've long since given up on finding snug fitting underwear so yes that couls be my problem. Never thought of taking my trousers off though... couldn't do that at work but might try at home see if it helps.0
