  • I have the same question. Do I get a brita or a zerowater? Or do I get a reverse osmosis or countertop system. Any opinions? My friend is telling me to get a big berkey, but I've never even seen one before.

    Thanks ahead of time. :)

Looking at your username - are you based in the US?

It can depend on what it is you want to filter out, and whether it's just a jugful at a time or the entire water system of your house?
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
  • yes, im based in the US, but I figure alot of these water filters are worldwide.

    OK.
    Good luck.
The original post was made in January 2019 and had no responses until yours.
Maybe answer Toothsmith's questions and you may get some recommendations.
  • oops, sorry toothsmith. I'm looking for just jugs at a time. I would rather not spend all the money that I think a whole home system would cost.

  • Has anyone tried any of the countertop systems? I've seen propur, aquatru, berkey, etc?
