Hi,
My fianc! and I are looking to buy our first home and have secured an AiP from Barclays for an £85k mortgage.
We have a 5% deposit and earn £52k between us each year.
My concern is that I still have a student overdraft but have a credit score in the high 400s. My fianc! has a lower credit score but is a loyal Barclays customer who has no debt.
I declared all of my student debt in full but I am still tying myself in knots that I’ll be the reason we don’t get a mortgage
Thanks in advance,
Bmack

You don’t have a credit score.
You sound as though you will be fine based on what you’ve written.0 -
if you declared it all and you got an AIP i wouldn't panic over it as long as you don't let the debt increase beforehand:)Bmackender wrote: »Hi,
