All 3 files?
Sorry I'm not sure what that means!
There is more than one credit reference agency so you have more than one credit file. ClearScore only allows you to access your Equifax file. MSE Credit Club gives you access to your Experian file and Noddle gives you access to your Call Credit file. Lenders often report to and reference you using more than one agency.0 -

and MallyGirl I honestly never knew that, I just assumed your credit file was in one location that these companies all accessed, that's super good to know, thanks guys!0 -

So I checked all 3 files
I have no red marks on any of my reports, nothing what so ever no late payment nothing, I'm on the electoral vote all my previous address are accurate
Yet my "score" on all these websites varies from fair to poor, the only thing I can think of is a high long term credit? it's close to £11k consisting of car finance, a credit card, a loan and an overdraft, I'm guessing this is what's doing the damage?0 -

How much is the OD ?
It could be the issue, Id clear it asap.0 -
Definitely get out of the OD and stay out. It's a big flashing sign that says 'I don't have enough money to get through the month'.
You're right to keep the limit as it is though. Just don't use it.0 -
