GPP Pension Advice

Hello All
So I'm 40 and have several pensions from over the years. Most of them are Group Pensions Plans, whereby I have just left them in their default funds. I have one final salary pensions.
I recently changed the fund one of my pensions were invested to into a more risky fund.
Over the space of a weekend, it went down £750!
So now I really not sure what I am supposed to do apart from leaving them in their default funds.
I did go see an IFA and said I didn't have enough money for him to be interested.
I don't even know where to begin to be honest...
I would prefer to invest my money into trackers that's all I know.
Cheers

Do you have a pension with your current employer?
If possible, would you wish to transfer the old PPs into it?0 -
I would consider moving all the other GPP Pensions but not the Final Salary pension.0
