Centre of Main Interests - Evidence for the Adjudicator

What evidence do I need to provide to the Adjudicator to prove my Centre of Main Interests is in the UK? In particular, do they need to see a tenancy agreement?

I have lived in an EU country for 3 years now. However:
- my only income comes from a UK-source (I work as a self-employed contractor of a UK-resident company),
- my bank accounts are in the UK,
- my private pension is inthe UK (SIPP account),
- I am a British citizen,
- I have lived in the UK for nearly 10 consecutive years
- all my debts are to UK creditors (banks, credit card companies).
However, I do not rent or own any property in the UK. My insolvency was caused by losses I suffered in the course of my self-employment.

Is my bankruptcy application likely to be approved in the UK?
