I would be careful before borrowing more money in order to pay the debt, you may have priority debts that should take precedent or it may leave you unable to pay for necessary expenditure.
You may also fall foul of the requirement, not to give any creditors preferential treatment.0 -

I sent the forms off yesyerday and paid £200 off the balance, I've tried to call the bailiffs office at the court several times but they don't pick up, so I've emailed them aswell, I assume I'm going to still have to attend court on Friday, is there any way of knowing If I do ?0
