Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day or over any UK public holidays and may not be taken at weekends in June or July. Prize must be taken before 15th December 2019 unless specified otherwise.

Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 calendar month apart.

All entrants must have access to a personal email account.

Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit.

Winner and guest must travel together on the same trip & all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.

Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room – including breakfast.

Specified accommodation and restaurants are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability.

Spending money will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s account. Winner will be required to provide IMS prizing agency with their account number and sort code to complete this.
