Good morning and hello.
I had some Pannels installed end of Nov by a reputable company. Once completed they said the dongle was the wrong one and a new one was in the post.
I said ok and like a mug paid up (i was away with work at the time). When i got home the pannels are on the wrong roof orientation not as quoted and the dongle took over 30 days to arrive and was / is the wrong one.
I have rang and chased via email repeatedly to ge them to fix it and 2 days ago the solar system started to trip out my electrics.
Do i have any legal recourse as i am at the point where i want a refund as i am getting the run around?
Thanks for your time.

If you paid (or even part paid) them by credit card, you can ask the credit card company to intervene.
If not, then launch a claim in the 'small claims court' system.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
